Precautions during Pregnancy

 
Not to carry heavy weights

Not get up suddenly with a jerk.

Do not over exert straight legs.
Avoid fried, salty, spicy and over sweet food.

Avoid traveling by two or three wheelers.

Sleep preferably on side.

Avoid under-taking long distance traveling.

Do not eat papad.

Do not climb any high object, e.g. stool or table.

Do not wear tight cloths, specially under-garments.

Do not bend down with
Take 1 litre of milk per day in any form you like.

Do not eat aachar (pickle).

Do not wear high heels.

Do not drive.

Eat more green vegetables, sprouted pulses & fruits.
